Admin bar appears for all users!

  • Hello, comrades!

    I updated WP to 4.5.1 and then I have the admin bar for all users. The “show admin bar in the frontend” checkbox in user account settings does not work at all! I. e. no matter if the checkbox ticked or not, the bar appears every time.
    I tried to install WP 4.5.1 from scratch without any plugins and I use the standard 2016 theme, but the problem is still here.

    UPD. The checkbox works perfectly well for the admin user created during installation. But it does not work for the user I created myself as a subscriber. I. e. the subscriber always sees the admin bar, and that is what I don’t want to happen.
