• Hello,

Our site is PAINFULLY slow on the backend (up to 30 seconds each time you want to navigate around) and it’s costing me a ton of lost money for my staff to try and update our site (not to mention very frustrating for them). We are hosted on WP Engine w/ a dedicated server and pay $600 per MONTH so I would expect all aspects of the site displaying and updating it to be lightning fast. When multiple users are logged in, we can’t really get anywhere – is there anything that anyone can suggest to try and problem-solve this???

    Thanks in advance,

Can you try deactivating plugins to explore whether any could be responsible?

Apparently from our developer it will take a while since we have a lot of plugins. I’m wondering if it may have to do with a plugin we have called Bannerize – as it’s given us nothing but trouble. We do need a plugin like that though – just not sure of any viable alternatives.

Our site is wedluxe.com – is it loading slowly on the front-end for you? So so so so so slow in here on our backed w/ multiple users logged in. It’s taking my designer 30 mins to upload 3 pics each at about 300-400kbs in size… :S

The Home page was quite slow to load, but it doesn’t seem to be that surprising considering the amount of content on it.
