Admin Back end super slow due to woocommerce

Since the latest my site’s back end has become super slow while the front end is not affected at all (even when accessed through admin account.
Back end load time is 11 sec on avg out of which woocommerce accounts for 10 sec.

I have even tested with all the plugins disabled and woocommerce is the only culprit.
