Admin area: Sort featured product

WooCommerce has the Sort Products feature that lets you sort by drag and drop, which is nice. You can even do that after filtering by a category.

But there seems to be no way to filter by Featured Products, which is pretty annoying. It would be very useful to only show Featured products, so that we could use the drag and drop sorting to change their order. That way if I have a recent products widget that only shows 1 or 2 products, I can drag one to the top of the list and have it show up.

I figured out that WooCommerce uses meta keys to define featured products, which is where the problem lies.
