Admin area not showing

please can you look at :

https://www.blackburnnowandthen.co.uk/ this works fine the site is up and runng, but when you try and acces steh admin area i get the following blank screen https://www.blackburnnowandthen.co.uk/wp-admin , it looks like its not doing the redirect (like all the other wordpresses i have installed).

anyone got a solution?
