Admin Area JavaScript Not Working

Hi,

I have set-up two new WordPress installations on our server and both seem to have an issue with the admin JavaScript.

None of the JavaScript files are being output. So when I request the JS in my browser e.g.

The page is blank when the JS should be output.

I am running Windows and IIS6 using ISAPI Rewrite for the permalinks.

Previous versions of WordPress have run without any problems, we have a site running 2.7.1. without any problems.
