I have a very lightweight site with no much going on, recently installed, everything current. Yet, I’ve noticed a pattern that when I get to the Woocommerce admin homepage, which I believe loads various reports/charges/status updates etc, the entire site crashes. Whatever is being lazy-loaded there fails to load, and the site completely crashes out if I try to navigate to any other page. Not only that, but it takes down the entire VPS server, including any other sites running on that hosting account. The only fix seems to be restarting the VPS account.

Everything is fine and stable until anytime I hit that main Woo admin/analystics/reports page.

I can also add that this does not happen on a very similar site on the same server running the same suite of plugins (for the most part). A theme swap did not fix it. Am trying a few other troubleshooting ideas….

So in the process of constantly hitting the page, crashing the site, and restarting the server, I’ve seen an error about my “Inbox”, with two different appearances. One was a purple, graphic error. The other was text based and simply says “There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.

I’ve tried deactivating the handful of plugins that are different between the two websites, and I’m not finding a conflict there. Stumped at the moment.

    Hello,

That sounds like there is a theme or a plugin affecting the normal site behavior. To help you investigate, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
