Admin Area Bug Stops other Plug-in fields from displaying on Page/Post Edit

Thomas and Kevin,
My post and page editing pages in the wp-admin area are not loading the other plug-ins after I installed Eyes Only. Also, the “screen options” tag/button at the top of the page doesn’t work.
Here is an Image of a a Page Edit screen with Eyes Only Activated:

P.S. As a work-around I turned off “Eyes Only” in the Admin Area using Plug In Organizer but ideally, this plug-in would play nice and not stop all of the other plug-ins custom field areas from displaying.
