admin approval of new users

    Supposedly you and restrict new users to pending status for admin approval. But I sure do not see that feature in the free plugin. If so how do I do that.

    As you are specified this option is not available on the free version. To work with the Registration Form you need WPUF Pro. And I’m sorry to say that I’m unauthorized to discuss anything about the pro feature in the WordPress support thread.
