    Hi There

    We’ve recently migrated our site from cloud based hosting, to a virtual private server – albeit with the same hosting provider.

    Prior to the migration – when filling out the form at the bottom of this page – the applicant would receive an email, as would the administrator & designated HR recipient.

    Applicants are receiving emails just fine, however – the emails that are supposed to come through to admin & HR just don’t arrive.

    It was working before we migrated, so I’m guessing there is a server setting or something that’s different?

    I have done some tests, like changing the admin email to a gmail address and it works. However, whenever using any ahh.org.uk emails – it doesn’t work.

    Are you able to help point me in the right direction? I’m absolutely stumped.

    Hi @quantumstudio,

    The issue you are facing is most probably due to the email configuration, we will suggest you configure SMTP plugin on your website and also check if the emails of admin/ HR is not ended up in the spam folder.
