    Hello,
    I am using your plugin on my website, I was continuously getting 504 error, so I decided to contact my hosting provider on wp-engine and they told me that I am getting unrealistic admin ajax requests from your plugin, please help me out on this as I am losing sales

  • “I am the active developer on this plugin. We have no report of Ajax issues with the plugin nor can we replicate any errors locally. I would surmise you are using an overly adjusted script minifier, have a cache conflicting with its function, or some other conflict. I would need a screen capture from the error log or access to your website to know better.”

    Please do not jump into other topics and detract from their problem. If the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the Forum FAQ, please post your own topic. A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of getting the assistance you want. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.
