refresh doesnt work Admin-ajax error 500 503

  • just found that almost 1 year ago last time when feed was automaticaly updated. After searching couldnt find the issue .

    product incl variations total quantity no more than 1000. why it sending so many requests ?

    tested with 5000 bathc . sends same amount admin ajax.

    tried disable enable . tried disable uninstal instal same problem.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Our plugin is not using any AJAX requests to make feed updates nor do the above errors you show seem to be related to our plugin?

    Can you share the following with us:

    1. Your product feed URL;
    2. The plugin debug.log URL so we can have a closer look at your feed configuration and if your feed indeed isn’t updating. This is where you can find the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
    3. The content of yesterday’s WooCommerce fatal error logs so we can see if the plugin is running into server configuration restrictions? This is where you can find those logs: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/
