admin-ajax.php taking a while to load pages

Hi,
I see on gtmerix and network in firefox than the file admin-ajax.php is being called 4/5 times with the same action tag: action=load_fragments
Could you please help why this is being called multiple times and in total it takes 16seconds to load. I have tried other methods of disabling ajax cart but problem still exists.
I read up online that it could relate to plugins using it to call information but I can’t see what plugin it is as the action is action=load_fragments which does not help in trying to figure out what is causing this.

I visited the page you linked to, but the only URLs that feature “fragment” are a few expected ones:
Certain carts sometimes abuse
get_refreshed_fragments, a fix for which is explained in this thread, but I’m not sure if your issue is the same.Have you resolved the original issue, or are there certain specific steps to recreate it that you can share with us?
