Admin-ajax.php loading time problem

    Hello guys,

    Before jumping into the problem, I have to congratulate you for this plugin.

    The problem.

    I have a problem with my site loading time. When Forminator plugin is enabled I have a waiting TTFB like 1.16s. The admin-ajax.php is active when the plugin is enabled and add this loading time. When I disable Forminator plugin the loading time is ok and the admin-ajax.php disappears.

    How I can resolve this problem?

    Thank you and glad to know that you like our plugin.

    Would you please edit the form, go the Behaviour tab and change the “Submission Behaviour” from Ajax to Page Reload? See this screenshot:

    On a same tab, scroll down to Rendering and deactivate the option Load form using AJAX. Please see this screenshot:

    Please let us know if after this the issue still persists.

    Please let us know how big is the form that you are using on your site?

    Usually, these errors showing up when there is a conflict with another plugin. Please run a quick test, deactivate all plugins besides the Forminator and see if the error is still there.

    If not, start activating one plugin at a time till the issue will be back. This way you will find a plugin that conflicting with Formiantor.

    Please have a backup of your site before running this test.
