admin-ajax.php loading error

  • Hello! Got access to the site, but it has problems with wordpress admin interface. Every time when we are trying search something in the media files, update some changes and see it live, search plugins – theese all functions are working only when we open in new tab. For example, trying to search some plugins and it stucks on this process. After pushing f5 it is ok

    Every time it shows admin-ajax.php scripts error. When we are trying to publicate post and load image it also stucks on searching images
    Any suggestions?

    I don’t think its an Ajax problem per se. It appears the script loader is having trouble loading the scripts for the ShortPixel plugin. It’d be worth checking file permissions for the plugin via FTP, but I don’t think that’s it. I suspect some sort of modSecurity rule is blocking access to that file (shortpixel.min.js). Ask your host to modify modSecurity rules so the file is accessible to the script loader.

    Hmm.. we will try it, but there are problems with the whole admin panel. With searching plugins, searching media files and so on. It just stucks on loading… Dont think it is Short Pixel causing this problem, but we will check and also thank you for idea about access rules on the host side.
    We will give information about results
