Firstly, thank you for creating this great plugin.
currently, I have high CPU usage with the QSM plugin, I have a heavy-traffic website everything works fine but when I publish a quiz and a large number of active users start the quiz my server gets overloaded because when someone selects an answer the admin-ajax.php is being executed ( 2 admin-ajax.php post requests per an answer select, one returns success/incorrect message. and the other one correct info message. )

imagine 500 active users and too many admin-ajax.php requests when users select an answer that is why the load spiked and high server CPU usage caused the website to crash. hope you guys improve and fix this issue

note: my website is on a dedicated server using litspeed web server and litspeed caching it can handle more than 50K active online users with no issue.
