    Hello!
First of all, I apologize for my English, it is a little rusty.
I have been having for some months a problem with a notification in the WordPress admin panel (WP-ADMIN).
    https://gyazo.com/a20f8ebac50166945d15e5e0f4b1982a
My problem comes with the notification ‘Your support package…’ I can’t close it.
I’m using a theme from themeforest, so first of all I tried with their support. They have wiped their hands clean and said it is a hosting problem.
I’m a reseller, I have more clients on my reseller service and no one is having this problem.
So I’m convinced that it’s a problem with my web site
    Console gave me this error:
    https://gyazo.com/606cf380e55ca555d138ab1087f11c50

    —————————————————–
About my site… I’m using last version of everything (WordPress, Plugins, Theme…)
I am also using WP Rocket for performance and cache. Cloudflare with APO feature as well and Perfmatters, but I only use the Script Manager function

    Thank you all in advance

  • A 400 error response to an admin-ajax.php request is almost always a coding error on behalf of the theme or plugin making the request. If the main.js file that’s triggering the error belongs to the plugin then the issue is almost certainly with the plugin, and something they should assist you with.

Apart from recommending the standard debugging steps there’s not much ore than can be done here. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why the plugin is not working properly. This is one reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

As the above user pointed out, the ajax error is related to a theme/plugin that makes a request. Expand the error message, may be it can shed some light.
