ADMIN-AJAX.PHP taking too long to load using KK STAR RATINGS

Hello, when using this plugin my site is loading almost twice as long as the https: /mysite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file is taking more than 3 seconds to load. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem ?? I really liked this plugin, did not want to change.
