• Hello,

When the plugin is enabled and I try to edit the page with Elementor, console gives 500 error for admin-ajax.php. If I disable your plugin, the error doesn’t appear and I can use elementor blocks to edit the page.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

This error began with the latest update. I disabled all plugins except elementor and yours, the issue still remains.

    Hi @belgen

Actually, we didn’t make any changes in the latest version that can cause such issue. Please try to rollback to the previous version from your dashboard -> Premium Addons -> Version Control and let me know if it helped.

If it didn’t, then we will need to disable widgets from the plugins settings page -> Widgets & Addons tab to know which one is causing this.

@belgen I didn’t hear back from you. I hope everything is going fine with you.

Hello, I increased the PHP ram from 256M to 512M and the problem is solved. Perhaps you should include a system check page and inform users that 256M may not be sufficient.

You can already find that in your dashboard -> Premium Addons -> System Info tab.
