We have had to disable the plugin as it’s searching for old versions of jQuery and giving a 500 error. This in turn breaks the whole page.

    Hi BigEd,
we would need some more details because we are unable to reproduce the error. It might be useful to know what browser you use and what theme you have installed.

    Thanks

We are using the hello Elemtor theme with Elementor.
Although its giving a 500 error on UI pages and parts of the site that are not using Elementor.

    Hi BigEd,
could you send me the text you see in the “Diagnostic” tab so I try to understand something more.

    Thank you

Ok sure, I have enabed the plugin again to give you some output, interestingly and we do not seem to be getting the 500 error now so maybe it’s a side effect of something else. I need to monitor this a bit more to find out what has changed and why it was affecting the plugin.

We still had blank images, I set autoptimse to use no JS compression but the image turning off lazy load images seemed to resolve this.

So this is working for now, I will come back and update this later.

    Many thanks.
