admin-ajax.php 403 error on photo gallery edit

  • I have wordpress 4.2.3 installed and I have visual composer free version used to create pages.
    So far I was happy with the setup and pages but recently my existing gallery has stopped responding. When I am trying to edit the gallery (vc_gallery shortcode), the properties do not load in the visual composer edit mode and in the console I see following error.

    Please let me know what is causing this error and how should I debug as I am new to wordpress.

    Please make sure you have the latest WordPress version 5.2.1 and new version of VC.
    Only latest version of VC is compatible with WordPress.

    I have upgraded to latest version of wordpress and still getting following error.
    None of the page is editable using VC because of this error.

    This is my plugin. Please let me know if this is the latest and if not which one is the latest? Please help me with the link to plugin in wordpress.
