    Hi,
i’m having an issue when submitting the data access request form. It doesn’t work, checking the browser console i found this 400 error on admin-ajax.php requested by front.js file in wdpr-compliance plugin assets folder:

The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.

If you believe the security rule is affecting the normal operation of your website, contact your host support team and provide detailed instructions how to recreate this error.
They will be able to assist you with rectifying the problem and adjusting the security configuration if needed.

I hanven’t any caching or security plugin installed…How can i fix this problem?

    Hi Merijn,
yes i was using v. 1.4.3, but my wordpress instance is not updated, it’s 4.8.7, perhaps that’s the problem.
I tried to make it work, but i had to use another plugin to manage data access request (WP GDPR).
Anyway, thx for your interest! ??

I get this error too. Please see the latest post with detailed info about REQUEST and RESPONSE. I’m using latest WordPress and latest WP-GDPR 1.4.3. Before 1.4.3 it was working this ajax call by the way.

Help is on the way – 1.4.4 is almost there ??
