    So we reached out to our hosting they said they are not blocking the admin-ajax file from syncing and we tested turning off all the plugins except woocommerce and mailchimp for woocommerce and the sync still wouldn’t work.

    We are hosting with wpengine and our dns is with cloudflare

    Any help would be appreciated

    Why even have the plugin available for download here if you refuse to provide any more support for it here? Only have it available for download directly from your website and only for paid members, since those are the only people MC will provide support to.

    You even say so on the support page:
    ‘Free accounts do not have access to email and chat support.’

    It’s shameful to have a plugin here that you refuse to provide any support for if the user isn’t a paying MC customer. Just remove it already!

    @cowbelly Sorry you have had trouble – but we’re simply trying to redirect plugin issues to our GitHub repo to organize things better.

    We’ll be glad to help you get the plugin installed or answer other questions – do you have a specific problem you were running into?

    @davidw09 it’s been a while since you first posted this ticket – and we’ve made some improvements to the plugin that made use of the REST API instead of admin-ajax. Is this still an issue for you now?

    @davidw09 and @cowbelly we’ve updated the plugin to version 2.3 today – and if you could please update that should fix these issues if you’re still facing them now. Thanks, closing out for now but please feel free to respond.
