Admin-Ajax Issue (I’ve read your documentation)

    Hey there!

    Thank you for the wonderful plugin! Some donations went through and some doesn’t , when the user click “Donate” and they’re just stuck at “Please Wait”. Most if not all who encountered this issue are using IE/CHROME while FIREFOX is fine as Firefox handles the COR (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) locally.

    I think we’ve narrowed down the issue to admin-ajax and I’ve read your documentation and tried all of the fixes to no avail https://givewp.com/documentation/core/frequent-troubleshooting-issues/admin-ajax-

    Potential issue:
    “Failed to load our site url: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin our site url is therefore not allowed access.”

    We’re willing to pay for support but I don’t see any option to purchase GiveWP except for the add-ons which we don’t need.

    Hi @kelvinag — I was reviewing old tickets and stumbled on yours which we NEVER replied to at all. That’s not normal for us at all — my apologies.
