admin account does not show

  • i just made created another website and since i created it, the admin account has not been working. The exact same thing happened to me on my last website and it just started working out of no where after i made a forum post about it. can someone tell me why this is happening and how i can prevent this?

  • Who is your webhost? Because the namecheap default page shows up, so I suspect you haven’t updated your DNS entries to point to your host or the DNS hasn’t propagated yet.

    im hosting through hostgator.com

    i went through the same steps that i go through with every website, added it to my hostgator account and downloaded wordpress for it

    i’ve been told that it could take up to 24 hours for the wordpress admin page to be activated but its been more than that now

    I appears your nameservers are incorrect. You need to login to your namecheap domain account and change your nameservers to the nameservers provided by hostgator. You can find the nameservers in your hostgator welcome email.

    now its saying that my username and password are both invalid and i am not receiving any confirmation email when i give my email to change my password.
    Also just to confirm that i am using the right username and password, i logged in to my other wordpress website and it worked just fine.

    i just changed my password and it is now allowing me to long in but i goes to a blank page that says “This page has a redirect loop”

    it says the same thing when i type in my website link:
    candleshomemade.com
