Admin access Protected Page without entering password

I am going to start using WordPress to help manage my web projects. I’ve created a custom post type and would like to password protect those pages, give my client a unique password (without having to create a user account) and limit their access to only those posts they have a password for; but I don’t want the admin of the website the have to enter those passwords. If there a template check I can set to not require admins to enter the password?
