Admin access

  • Not sure this is the correct forum.
    Our admin person is in a coma and cannot communicate and he is the only one that can update our web site. I am trying to find out how we can gain access so that we can maintain the site.

    Contact the admin person and get the login credentials from him/her.

    That is our problem. The admin person is ill and cannot communicate.

    Sorry to hear that.

    But nobody here has access that information.

    Your admin is the only one who can help you with login credentials.

    Alternately, if you can access your database and if you feel comfortable messing with it, you can find that info as follows:

    – The password is encrypted and stored in the database in the users table.
    – Username is also stored in the users table.

    Again, please note, none of the volunteers here have access to any of your login info.

    Your hosting provider may someway assist you, again, you will have to contact them.
