Adjustments on how the feed are presented (Prisjakt)

Hi,

I received some feedback from Prisjakt on my feed generated with your plugin. Is it possible to solve this things, and then how?

Currently, the categories look like this:

<category>
<category>For her</category>
<category>Perfume</category>
<Category>Fragrance</category>
</categories>

We would like them instead to look like this:

<categories> Fragrance / Perfume / For her </categories>

The same goes for shipping costs, it currently looks like this:

<shipping>
<country>SE</country>
<region/>
<service/>
<price>0</price>
</shipping>

Correctly written, it should look like this:

<shipping>0</shipping>
