Adjusting the Member Profile Page Settings tab missing

    Documentation says I should see a tab to customize the member profile form. However, I do not see this table anywhere under the Settings.

    As the Admin, you can determine what information members add to their profile pages. Navigate to Membership > Settings > Member Profiles tab.

    I am the site admin and I am logged in as the admin.
