• Hey there!

I am in the process of building my agency page on Astra + Elementor. I have previously worked a lot with Divi but due to performance requirements I am going all in with this setup now.

However I am struggling to figure out how to adjust the blog page design globally.

I am using Astra Free Theme and Elementor Free.

Check out this image, which describes what I would like to achieve:

I can’t find those settings anywhere in the Customizer nor in Astra settings. I have used the Starter Template to achieve the current appearance.

Do I have to create CSS for that or is the solution simpler?

    Thanks for helping me out.

  • Hi @nefariuscipher,

    Sorry for the delay.

I will number the query to make the discussion easier for us.

    1) Padding to separate the blog content from the Transparent Header
→ Actually, that’s how the Transparent Header works. Enabling the Transparent Header will set your Primary Header background to transparent and pull the page content to the top whether there is any content or not. What it will do, it will merge the Primary Header and the page’s content. That means your top part of the page content will be set as a background to the Transparent Header.

As a workaround, instead of enabling the Transparent Header, you might want to just use the regular Header and set the background Header to transparent.

    2) Headlines in color is white
→ If you are using only the Astra theme (free), the Page/Post Title will inherit from Heading Color under the Colors section on Customizer > Global. In other words, the option to change the Page/Post Title is not available on the Astra free. You will need to use custom CSS if you would like to have a different color than the Heading Color.

    I hope it will help.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
