    HI, I know this has been covered before but i’ve got myself confused on how to fix it.
    This is my first WordPress site and i am struggling to get the widgets to take up the full space in the content/sidebar half template. Please see links below:

    https://www.adsdesignandprint.co.uk/logos-branding/
    https://www.adsdesignandprint.co.uk/business-cards/

    As you’ll see there is blank space to the right on these pages in the right column.
    From looking at existing threads people mention adding this code somewhere:

    #sidebar .twocol {
    width:100%;
    }

    Will this fix my problem? If so where do i actually paste it into? Any help would be very much appreciated.

    No it won’t. Which sidebar are you putting the widget in?

    Hi Paul,

    i installed the plug-in ‘simple page sidebars’ and used it to create new sidebars for the specific pages so i can have different widgets for each page. Incase it matters the page attributes section i have ‘no parent’ and ‘default template selected’

    Excellent! i removed and then reinstalled ‘simple page sidebars’ but this time set the default sidebar for it to use to the ‘top sidebar’ inside of ‘right sidebar’. The nextgen gallery widget now takes the full width of the sidebar and looks spot on.

    However, the widget now appears on the bottom of my landing page as well (www.adsdesignandprint.co.uk). Any ideas on how to stop it appearing on the landing page?

    Thank you for your help so far.

    I am not sure what you want. Do you not want a sidebar on your landing page or do you not want just that particular widget on your sidebar on the landing page or something else entirely?

    Also please tell me if you have a static landing page or a post landing page. Meaning is your landing page have posts on it or is it a page you created?
