adjusting main image size

Hello.
I am having some issues with the main image on my site. In the demo this image area is much taller though on my site is=ts very narrow and cropping off my image. When I adjusted it to fit the image was stretching to fill the space. I want to adjust the height of this area but cant figure out where to do that.

Please help.
