Adjusting header size in Foodie Pro theme

    I have just installed the Foodie Pro theme to my site https://www.shesowsseeds.com

    I have successfully adjusted the content and sidebar widths using code. I would now like to adjust the header space, the suggested size as part of the theme is 800px x 340px, requesting that you crop it once uploaded. I would like it to be bigger in terms of height (around 400px) but am also finding it’s not even displaying at the ‘true’ 350px anyway? It is appearing much smaller.

    If someone could point me in the general direction of what/where code to adjust that would be great, I’ve had a play around with several different pieces of ‘header’ with no luck as yet.
