There are three ways:
1/ Make the change in the code by editing the classes/class-s2-frontend.php file
2/ Create a translation file that translates that string to a space
3/ Create a plugin to filter the form using the ‘s2_form’ hook and use a str_replace() function call to swap ‘Your email:’ for ”
