adjusting editor access

I’m using a plugin for testimonials called
WP Plugin – LTW Testimonials. I’m also using a plugin to administer user access levels called User Role Editor WordPress plugin. Everything works great but I can’t get one plugin to show for my Editor access level…even if I select all check boxes.

Is there another way to individually adjust user levels for a specific plugin…
