Adjust theme template and fix tab descriptions

I have two things I need help with:

1. When you goto: https://power-pickers.com/, you’ll see on the homepage tab, it says “countryalross.com.” It also says this on the “About” page. I need to know how to fix that.

2. For the header (Power Pickers of the ’60’s) I would like to add an image either in front or after the wording. I need to know if anyone has any idea on what template in the ftp file I adjust? I would like to expand the height so that “Power Pickers of the ’60’s” is on two lines allowing me to add the image.
