Adjust plugin header location

    The “Follow Us!” text appears to the right of my site header but at the bottom of the header and the icon/s sit below this text and increase the height of the header which I do not want!

    I would like the “Follow Us!” text at the top of the header so that the icon/s can be positioned either inline or below this without increasing the header size?

    Update:
    I’ve just added a Twitter icon (now Facebook and Twitter icons) and notice these display as I want on the site blog page and are not displaying the same om my site custom landing page (which is the front page). Why is the display position different on these 2 pages (theme is my own Genesis Child theme! My first attempt at a StudioPress Genesis child theme based on Trestle child theme framework).
