Adjust font size for comments name line

please post a live link to allow somebody to inspect the issue – a screenshot is not useful for formatting problems.

what theme are you using?
have you tried to use a browser inspection tool to identify where in the stylesheet the line is formatted?

I’m using a theme called WP-Responsive from Solostream and have adjusted the font size in the themes settings, but that changes the overall font size of all text across the website. I’m only interested in increasing the font size to the section I pointed to in the screen shot.

And yes, I’ve also used the finder in Chrome with style.css up to try and located where a change might adjust the font size specifically to the area I’m interested.

the font size seems to be influenced by this stylesheet of a plugin:

you might need to force the font-sise from within your theme’s stylesheet(s) by using !important
