Adjust Featured Image Size

Hi All,

Can someone tell me what is the CSS selector(s) to change the featured image size on blog post entries in Agama Blue theme?

I would like my featured images to show as a square image, not a large rectangle.

I would also like to turn off the shimmer effect.
