    Hi,

In the current version you can’t do either. We’re looking at adding an option to change the session storage so it can be shown one or repeatedly in a future version of the plugin.

Currently we’ve not been looking at adding a timeout to the banner to close it after a certain number of seconds.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.
Great to hear your decision for adding the features mentioned in the next release. Will wait for it to happen. For the time being, I will try look for another plugin with features that I needed or temporary manually tweaking it. If that’s okay with you.

    Hi,

I’ve just updated the plugin. Now you can choose whether the banner is shown once of multiple times.

Thanks again for your feedback on the plugin.

Do you have a caching plugin installed? Sometimes that can cause an issue. If you do it might be worth clearing your sites cache and then clearing your browsers cache and then logging in again.

Let me know if the issue persists and I’ll look into it some more. If there’s still a problem please could you include a screenshot of the issue?

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,
I’ve done all the things you said and the problem still persists. No settings page and no ads at the frontend.

    Hi,

Could you try deactivating the plugin and deleting it, and then reinstalling it as a new plugin?

Sorry about this but I can’t replicate what’s happening at all.

    Hi,
Suddenly the settings shown up in the menu. I’ve been enable and disable some plugins hoping it helps. And it does. It seems your plugin conflicting with other plugins. It should be working now. Sorry for troubling you.

Thanks for confirming that it’s solved. Which plugins did you disable to get it working? Just so I can do some testing to prevent future compatibility issues.

    Hi,
I think it was ‘Max Banner Ads’, ‘WP Canvas Shortcodes’, ‘Post Navigator’, ‘Kento WP Stats’ plugins and few others I forgot to keep track their names.

Thanks for sending me those. I’ll have a look at testing the plugin with them to try and find the issue.
