There is no option to make site header not blurred in the theme. You need to use custom CSS for that:

.site-header::before {
	backdrop-filter: none;
	background: none;
}

Not sure where you’ve got the previous solution from, but maybe you’ve logged a ticket at official support forum previously? Check https://support.webmandesign.eu/forums/forum/receptar/

You are using old theme version. The blurred site header background was introduced in recent theme version 1.9.0. Please update your theme.

You should always keep your theme, plugins and WordPress itself up to date. You prevent incompatibility and security issues. Also, bugs are fixed in newer version of software. There really is no reason not to update.

If you made some coding changes to the theme, than your changes will be lost after update. So, in this case it is wise to back up your files. But even wiser is to use a child theme. But I don’t know if this applies to your case – use the information accordingly.
