    Sure: (part is in Hebrew..)

    Form Code:
    <p>?? (????)
    [text* your-name]
    ???? ???????? (????. ?? ????? ?????? ?? ?????? ?????)
    [email* your-email]
    ????
    [text your-subject]
    ???? ??????
    [textarea your-message] </p>
    <p>[submit “???”]</p>

    Message code:
    ???: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    ????: [your-subject]
    ???? ??????: [your-message]

    Fields:
    To: [email protected]
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: Inquiry – [your-subject]
    Additional headers: Cc: [email protected]

Your Additional headers setup looks fine, so I’d suggest that you look at your Mandrill setup. Your issue may be due to how Mandrill handles Additional headers.

While your use of ??collected email addresses as the From email address is a risky approach nowadays, for a couple of reasons, I don’t see this manifesting itself in loss of the CC address.

OK, I’ll check that out with Mandrill.

And according to your ‘risk’ comment – I will also think again if it’s compulsory for us…

    Thanks!
    Tal
