Adhesive and xampp

Hi,

I downloaded a copy of Adhesive, that is being graciously hosted by DesignPastor, onto my local machine for testing and it broke the plugin function. Deleting it (or renaming it) reestablishes access to the plugin screen. Does anyone know of a version of Adhesive that will run under xampp. Thanks.
