Adfly website entry script installation

So I have this problem
I put this code on my wordpress website at the bottom of header https://www.gooddealstech.net

But for some reason it doesn’t show an adfly advertisement upon entering the website. The only thing that works in the code is the popups. Can someone help?

Do I put it before the website entry script before or after the body tag? Or does it go in the footer.
