AddThis Widget

I’m using the AddThis widget on my blog, but I’m having some “issues”.

The drop-down widget works great except that it add the icon not only to my posts, but also to my “Pages”.

When I remove the widget and just place the code on my main index template, it doesn’t show up on my pages, but it ruins my xhtml validation. I can’t live with that.

I’d like to keep the drop-down widget enabled, but I’d like to keep the icon from showing on Pages. The AddThis folks don’t answer my emails, so there’s no help from them.

Does anyone know how to adjust the code so the icon only shows on posts?
