AddThis appearing in sticky footer

Hi. I am using Simple Sticky Footer plugin and AddThis Share Plugin. The AddThis Share Plugin is adding share buttons into the simple sticky footer, as well as at the top of the page, so it is appearing twice. Here is an example https://kalamundajewellers.com.au/2013/10/29/under-new-management/
