    Hi @gauravtiwari,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

We utilize the ‘wp-api-fetch’ library in WordPress to collect data. However, as you stated this dependency adds multiple scripts, which is undesirable.

I will discuss this with our team and I will report back to you.

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

    Hi @gauravtiwari,

I’ve discussed this with our team. We will only load the necessary dependencies when the endpoint is being used. Essentially, this will be the default setting. If, for some reason, the endpoint can’t be installed, we will use the REST API as a backup and load the required dependencies. In such cases, we are always here to assist in setting up the endpoint properly.

If you would like, you can try out this version on our GitHub. Alternatively, you can wait for the next release. I hope this solution resolves your issue and that you consider giving Burst another chance.

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

Nice @hesseldejong ! Just installed the branch and yes, it works great. I will check how this works and decide on the future. Is there a chance that Burst might support importing from Jetpack and Google Analytics? Thank you for your time.

    Hi @gauravtiwari,

We do have plans on making import functions, but our priority is on improving data and dashboards first.

    Hope this answers your question!

    Kind regards,
    Hessel
