• (Edit for latest version – 1.5.0)

Adds unknown links to your menu based on the ID of the exported menu items.

Doesnt work well if you have a multisite and import the menu, or if your data is imported data and the ids arent exactly the same as the site which you exported from.

Could resolve the issue to create the posts(pages) if they dont exist on import, the same issue arises if the archive pages on CPT dont exist.

Menu classes have been fixed, thank you. However maybe make it clear as to why the additional links get added to the menu.

What I could see from debugging is that if the id of a post has changed and another post now uses that ID it will add that post to the menu instead of the exported one, the same issue will occur on sites that use exported data.

So on a multisite if I export the menu on one to import to another it doesnt work and creates the weird behavior. This is a hard issue to solve, but the other plugin that does menu export and import has solved this issue (Except for archive menu items).

    Hi @publisherstoolbox ,

Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback. Right now this plugin is not fully compatible with the Multi site feature that’s why might be these kind of issues are occurs, we’ll work on it and provide the updated version with multi site compatibility soon.

    Thanks,
