Adds easy print function to pages

I already use the PrintFriendly addon in my chrome browser, adding the functionality to my webpage for others was a no-brainer. It would be nice to be able to mark which parts of the page to print, but unless I wanted to add all the coding in for mpdf this is the next best thing.
