So we use divibuilder icw woocommerce and on the product pages we have made a FAQ section embedded in a pop up.

For some reason however it adds all the popup classes and code to the main domain/home (source code), even though it only resides on a product page level in the store… is there a reason for this?

Because it kind of messes with the SEO of the home page

    Hi @martinvanstein,

    Thanks for posting.

Do you have a link for us to check?

For the record, a popup’s HTML is pre-rendered only on the page it’s targeted to show up. No targeting rules == load everywhere.

Please make sure to add Targeting rules if you don’t need that popup to show on all pages.

Please check this page: ‘Targeting’ option settings

    Hope that helps!

    Hey Kim,

    this is the page: https://kunstinjekeuken.nl/
And from line 3218 to line 3363 here(view source): view-source:https://kunstinjekeuken.nl/

It displays a pop up that isn’t even active on the page… and funnily enough isn’t seen on the page which does have it (basically each individual productpage)

I dislike seeing all the style stuff in general (it just clutters everything), but the popmake stuff is most prevalent here

    Hi @martinvanstein,

    Thanks for the link.

We checked it and confirmed the popups are indeed preloading.

You mentioned they’re not displaying on the page which should have them. Can you check if the Targeting for these popups doesn’t have the (!) button on red? You might have accidentally set a Negative (Opposite) Condition for the targeting of these popups.

Please check this link for more information: Targeting Conditions

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi there,

I’m going to mark this as resolved as we haven’t heard from you in a while.

Feel free to create a new thread if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!
